Terms and Conditions

1 Taxes extra as applicable.
2 Cash& wallet bothpayments accepted on delivery.
3 Standard delivery would be done within 48 hours after the items have been collected.
4 Express delivery would be done within 24 hours after the items have been collected. An additional 50% over the standard price will be charged.
5 Flying Laundry does not guarantee stain removal and is not responsible for any clothing that bleeds, shrinks or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.
6 Flying Laundry will accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from the Laundry or Dry Cleaning process and would pay maximum 20 times the service charge of each item only after the laundry manager's approval.
7 All claims must be made within 48 hours after the items are returned and must be accompanied by the original laundry bill. After 48 hours no complaints will be entertained.
8 8- Storage charges will be applicable after 10 days - 30% of bill amount per month.
9 9- Customers are requested to examine their garments before sending to the Laundry. Flying Laundry will not be responsible for any loss of valuable items left in the pockets
10 All legal matters to be settled under Ghaziabad jurisdiction only.
11 Flying Laundry reserves the right to refuse rendering services to anybody.


Flying Laundry Company is not responsible for your laundry items bleeding, shrinking, fading, or otherwise becoming altered or worn by the normal wash‐and‐dry laundry process. We will take reasonable precautions against known problems. You agree that Flying Laundry Company may refuse to launder an item and send it back unwashed with an explanatory note, if we think it will become damaged or damage other items. Flying Laundry Company assumes no responsibility for items labeled HAND WASH ONLY, HANG DRY/DRY FLAT, DO NOT USE HEAT, DRY CLEAN ONLY, or other “special care” instructions.
